About the institute
A centre for research, education and cultural exchange
Founded in 1886, the BSA brings together researchers from the United Kingdom, Greece and further afield. We maintain an extensive academic library, the Marc and Ismene Fitch Laboratory, the Knossos Research Centre, and archival and museum collections that support work across the Greek world.
